1. Services Provided

We offer a range of gardening services including, but not limited to:

Garden maintenance
Planting and landscaping
Lawn care
Pruning and trimming
Garden design

All services are subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at agreed times and ensuring that all areas to be serviced are clear of obstacles. It is also the client's responsibility to disclose any known hazards or potential issues that may affect service delivery.

Property Access

To ensure timely and efficient service, clients must:
• Ensure that all gates and doors are unlocked or provide a key if necessary.
• Inform us of any security codes or access instructions.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for our services are due as per the following terms:

Invoices are issued after the completion of services.
Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash.

Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

5. Liability

Gardeners Camden Town strives to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for:

Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions on the property.
Loss or damage to personal property unless it is due to our negligence.
Naturally occurring occurrences such as pest infestations or plant diseases.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for services rendered.

6. Guarantees and Warranties

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for a period of 30 days following service completion. Any issues arising within this period will be addressed promptly at no additional cost.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Gardeners Camden Town reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.

9. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided to us will be used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
